Loved the panoramic bar overlooking the Douro river and Porto's UNESCO World Heritage site. The Wellness Center was a great place to relax, and the kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and amenities. Cons: Oh, how I enjoyed the treacherously slippery floors in the shower room, added a touch of danger to my stay.

The service was good, totally satisfied. There were airy rooms with shower, a balcony, for example. A lot of food for breakfast, it was delightful! The location of the hotel was magnificent - at a walking distance from an iconic metal bridge.

It has impeccable and huge rooms with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. Very good service and the food is delightful.

My recent stay at the Hilton in Portugal was a delightful experience. The hotel's new and modern facilities were impressive, especially the spacious rooms with luxurious bathrooms. The waterfront location offered picturesque views, and the proximity to Porto center was convenient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool spa, where I could unwind after a day of exploring. The service provided by the front of house, bar, and restaurant staff was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Portugal.

Location really close to the river, quick Uber to Porto center, and the old Porto. Nearby Esta-se Bem - great place to chill out. Wonderful overall experience.

The staff provided excellent Portuguese hospitality, and the breakfast options were fantastic. The room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The spa facilities were a must-try, and the location of the hotel was perfect. I have no complaints and can't wait to return!

i thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was spacious and clean, location was great near the boulevard with the port cellars. location: the property was right by porto as well as the waterfront and a walk or quick uber to porto center.

Our children were thrilled with the fun activities and games available, and the dedicated Kids' Breakfast was a big hit in the mornings. It made our family stay even more enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more outdoor play areas for them to explore.

We had a lovely romantic escape where we enjoyed the amazing views from our room! The complementary breakfast and spa facilities were a real treat. It was great that we could easily access bars, restaurants and even a little market on the water's edge near the hotel.

The hotel staff wasn't always welcoming and some had an unhelpful attitude. While the spa facilities were great, the massage pressure wasn't very strong.

The hotel had a great location, close to the port cellars and within walking distance of the boulevard. The rooms were spacious and modernly decorated, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
